Rui Pedro has been a lawyer since 2003 and joined Pragma Advogados in 2010.

He initially practised independently, in multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary legal counselling and advocacy, mainly in civil law, commercial law and criminal law.

He now provides consulting services in civil, commercial, and banking law, overseeing litigation for several national and foreign companies, and private clients, as his professional practice is predominantly in bar law.

He also provides legal advice on sports law.

• Graduated from the Lusíada University Law School in 2001.
• Attended the Preparatory Course for Admission to the Centre for Judicial Studies at the Portucalense University of Porto in 2004.
• Postgraduate Studies in Banking, Securities and Insurance Law from the University of Coimbra Law School completed in 2012.

• He was a lecturer for the Labour Case Law Course – Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (Postgraduate Training), at the Porto Lusophone University in 2011.
