Pedro has been a lawyer since 2019, when he joined Pragma Advogados.

He practices mainly in the areas of litigation and corporate law.

As well as the bar, he has worked on several reorganisation and restructuring processes for groups of companies, and on merger, acquisition and sale processes.

Pedro is also an expert in immigration law, providing legal advice and representing high net worth individuals in obtaining residence visas and acquiring Portuguese nationality.

• Graduated from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School in 2015.
• Master of Laws from the Catholic University Law School with his thesis on: “Rethinking the Arm’s length principle” in 2018.
• International internship, as researcher, at the Sapienza Università di Roma, Facoltà di Giurisprudenza in 2017.
