He focuses on criminal and litigation, misdemeanors, compliance, internal investigations, and risk management, primarily focusing on advising institutional clients, both national and international.

In terms of forensic advocacy, he has participated in some of the most high-profile legal proceedings in recent years, in addition to advising several public and private sector clients on the implementation and strengthening of regulatory compliance programs aimed at preventing criminal risks, including the development of control policies and procedures, training programs, and the implementation of whistleblowing channels.

He also specializes in conducting numerous complex and sensitive internal investigations, impacting a variety of geographies and sectors, such as banking, finance, energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, sports, textiles, food, wholesalers and retailers, transportation, and telecommunications. His approach is guided by the principles of corporate defense and integrated risk management.
