Paulo has been a lawyer since 1994 and joined Pragma Advogados in 2012.

He practises in real estate law, contracts and mediation, as well as in civil and commercial litigation.

Paulo is a guest lecturer at the APEMIP Academy (Porto, Coimbra and Lisbon), where he has taught in the areas of money laundering, real estate law, contract law, lease law, and the legal framework for real estate mediation.

• Graduated from the Catholic University Law School in 1992.
• Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Legal Sciences from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School in 1998.
• Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Law from the Catholic University Law School completed in 2007.
• National Defence Course at the Portuguese National Defence Institute (IDN) in 2009.
• Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Law from the Catholic University Law School completed in 2016.

• Vice-President (and previously a member) of the Board of Directors of the Espinho Academic Association from 2014 to present.
• Founder and Member of the Porto Legal Association Board for the three-year period 2005-2008.
• Porto Legal Association Board Member for the three-year period 2008-2011.
• Vice-Chair of the General Assembly of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Espinho.
